Manav Dharmashastra: From Vada to Samvada
Mānavadharmaśāśtra - most ancient Dharmaśāśtra -has often been criticised for issues like institutionalizing caste system, treatment of women and similar other social issues. While criticism is a welcome, a basic prerequisite of criticism is to first study it thoroughly. An objective and proper study of these texts is therefore important to critically analyse issues associated with Mānavadharmaśāśtra. The inaugural segment of Mimamsa Conversations attempts to enquire in to these and many issues
